This matters most. Without it, you need not waste your time attempting to conduct business. Deal honestly and fairly with all people at all times. I expect honesty from my team members.

Success is not easy. It takes a disciplined approach on a daily basis to achieve success.

Excellence.

Provide excellent service. Go the extra mile. Do nothing half-heartedly. Never let “I tried” to be an excuse for lack of results. If a task can not be started with an expectation of excellence, then do not start it at all. No questions asked.

Pay It Forward.

Give back to the community. No greater sense of achievement is felt than when a person unselfishly gives time, money, and effort for the benefit of others. Find a way to contribute positively in the community.

We help each other provide excellent service. Find your strengths and contribute those to the betterment of the team.

Professional Standards.

The Code of Ethics of the National Association of Realtors is a guide for our everyday business dealings. Florida laws are clear on our responsibilities and obligations to our clients. All Employees and Associates shall obey the law and abide by the Code of Ethics. Above all else, follow your own moral compass. You know what is right and ethical. Follow the golden rule of “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

Responsibility.

There is no greater business than repeat and referral business. In order to get that, clients must be satisfied with their transaction. When mistakes happen, and they will, admit them and fix them. Do whatever it takes to make it right.

Win-Win.

Seek transactions where all parties feel good when the transaction closes. Treat all clients with fairness and dignity.
